These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ar44 platform. By registering an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ar44 website and platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services and any other features accessible through the ar44 platform. 2. Account Registration and KYC
To access the full ar44 platform, you must register a single account using accurate personal information. ar44 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. The following conditions apply to all ar44 accounts:
- Each player is permitted to hold one ar44 account only. Opening a second account is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your account. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals
ar44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the payment methods listed on the platform. The following terms govern all financial transactions on ar44:
ar44 reserves the right to delay, withhold or reverse any financial transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ar44 may be required to report the matter to relevant authorities.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
ar44 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Bonuses are available to players who have successfully completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. ar44 reserves the right to withhold bonuses from accounts under review.

- ar44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the applicable specific terms at the time of crediting will continue to apply.
ar44 may offer seasonal and event-specific promotions tied to Bangladesh calendar events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL. These promotions will be governed by their own specific terms and the general bonus conditions set out above.
5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
ar44 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using software, algorithms, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated assistance to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to fulfil wagering requirements.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers, including chip-dumping in poker or casino games.
- Opening or operating multiple ar44 accounts, whether under the same identity or under false identities, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Using the ar44 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. ar44 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the ar44 platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and paytable. ar44 recommends that all players familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.
Sports betting markets and odds are provided by ar44's sports data partners. ar44 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets where odds were published in error, where the integrity of a sporting event has been compromised, or where bets appear to have been placed with knowledge of the outcome prior to the event's conclusion.

8. Account Suspension and Termination
ar44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. The following circumstances may result in account action:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility violations, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 5.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or provision of documentation that ar44 determines to be false, altered or otherwise unacceptable.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose, whether or not such suspicion has been formally confirmed.
- A player's request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure. Players may close their ar44 account at any time by contacting ar44 customer support.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited at ar44's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's request or due to ineligibility not involving fraud or prohibited conduct, any remaining balance after deduction of outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the player's nominated payment method.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar44 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from: interruptions to platform availability; errors in game outcomes caused by technical faults outside ar44's reasonable control; loss of data; or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the ar44 platform. ar44's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.
ar44 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform operation. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary platform unavailability. ar44 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable, but is not obliged to do so.
10. Changes to These Terms
ar44 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be published on the ar44 platform with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the ar44 platform after revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where changes to these Terms are material — for example, changes to bonus conditions, withdrawal procedures, or eligibility requirements — ar44 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered contact details prior to the revised Terms taking effect.
